ಅದ ಕೇಳಿ ನಾ ಮೈ ಮರೆತೆ
ಸ್ವರವೊಂದು ಆಗಲೆ ಕಲಿತೇ

ನಿಮ್ಮ ಲೇಖನ ಓದಿ ಜೋರಾಗಿ ನಗು ಬಂತು - ನಮ್ಮ ಕಾಲೇಜಿನ ದಿನಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ನನ್ನ ಸಹಪಾಠಿ ಉಮೇಶ ಎಲ್ಲರ ಗಮನ ಸೆಳೆಯೋದಕ್ಕೆ ಕಾರಿಡಾರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ನಿಂತು 'ಸಂಪಿಗೆ ಮರದ ಹಸಿರೆಲೆ ನಡುವೆ ಕಾಗೆಯು ಕೂಗಿತ್ತು' ಎಂದು ಗಟ್ಟಿಯಾಗಿ ಹಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದ. ಹುಡುಗಿಯರು ಮುಸಿಮುಸಿ ನಕ್ಕರೆ, ಹುಡುಗರು ಅವನ ಜೊತೆ ಸೇರಿ ಹಲ್ಲುಗಿಂಜುತ್ತಿದ್ದರು. ಈ ಖಾಯಿಲೆಯನ್ನು ನಿಲ್ಲಿಸಲು ನಾನು ಅವನಿಗೆ '...ಅದ ಕೇಳಿ ನಾ ಮೈ ಮರೆತೆ ಸ್ವರವೂಂದು ಹಾಡಲು ಕಲಿತೆ!' ನೆನಪಿಸಿಕೊಟ್ಟ ಮೇಲೆ, ಖಾಯಿಲೆ ತಂತಾನೆ ವಾಸಿಯಾಯಿತು, ಮುಂದೆಲ್ಲೂ ಈ ಹಾಡನ್ನು ಅವನ (ಕರ್ಕಶ) ಧ್ವನಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕೇಳಲಿಲ್ಲ!

I am so happy to hear that the song I sent you has given you immense joy. It is really nice that you find joy in the things around your and things that happen in your life. We can see that in your pictures. The pictures are really so captivating. I feel like coming to an Oasis in midst of a desert when I visit your blog page. There is such a look and feel. Congrats and I wish you will continue to post on your blog. I also note that your blog has brought kannadigas around the world closer.

'ಸಂಪಿಗೆ ಮರದ ಹಸಿರೆಲೆ ನಡುವೆ...' - ಒಂದು ಒಳ್ಳೆಯ ಚಿತ್ರಗೀತೆಯ ಚರಣವನ್ನು ಸುಂದರವಾದ ಚಿತ್ರದೊಂದಿಗೆ ಪೋಣಿಸಿ ಪ್ರಕಟಿಸಿದ್ದೀರಿ! ಇಷ್ಟವಾಯಿತು.
ಇನ್ನು ಸ್ವಲ್ಪ 'ಕಾಲೆಳೆಯಿಂಗ್...' :-) ಚಿತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿರುವ ನದಿ ಹರಿಯುತ್ತಿರಬಹುದು, ಆದರೆ ಅಲೆಗಳಂತೂ ಕುಣಿಯುತ್ತಿಲ್ಲ! ಬಹುಶಃ ಈ ಚಿತ್ರವನ್ನು ಹಾಕಿದ್ದರೆ ಅಲೆಗಳ ಕಲರವವೂ ದೃಶ್ಯರೂಪದಲ್ಲಿ ವೈಭವಿಸುತ್ತಿತ್ತು!
ಇರಲಿ, ಇಂತಹದೇ ಪ್ರಕೃತಿಚಿತ್ರದುರ್ಗವಾಗಲಿ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಬ್ಲಾಗ್!
